We built the tool we couldn't find.
Relevé started in the cultural sector — not as an idea in a pitch deck, but as a problem we lived firsthand. We are not outsiders building for a market we read about. We are building the tool we needed and couldn't find.

Wynne Teeter
Co-Founder & CEO
Platform Vision · Cultural Sector
Wynne has spent twenty years running operations, and she knows from experience what sustainability reporting really costs a small organization: time, energy and clarity. As Co-CEO of Maalka, she helped schools, cities and cultural organizations put the GHG Protocol, GRI and ISSB to work in their day-to-day operations. She also coordinated the company's US Department of Energy grants and built the operations behind a platform whose clients ranged from Goldman Sachs to city governments across the US. Today she is Director of Sustainability at Red Light Arts and Culture, Relevé's first pilot organization. That keeps Relevé grounded in the problems it is meant to solve: grant cycles, heavy reporting and tight budgets.

Clay Teeter
Co-Founder & CTO
Platform Architecture · Climate Tech
Clay has spent more than a decade building climate technology. He trained as a physicist and started out in energy forecasting, then founded Maalka, a sustainability data platform used by investment banks, cities and NGOs around the world. As a DOE Innovation Fellow, he built tools together with NREL, Architecture 2030 and Climate Positive Design. These days he is applying AI to lifecycle assessment, so that carbon accounting and impact analysis take less manual work. Much of his career has been about turning dense frameworks like VSME, the GHG Protocol and ESRS into software people can actually use, and that work is the technical foundation Relevé is built on.
